While wandering the sweltering streets of Malaysia during an extended trip around Southeast Asia , I found myself captivated by the unique scenery of the tucked away and undiscovered spaces around me.

Along these streets hid alleyways with brightly coloured lanterns, vibrant street artwork, and treasure troves to be discovered. These places evoked intrigue, charm, wonder, simplicity, and felt overlooked by the movements of a larger world.

The words “Little corners” kept repeating in my mind as i wandered, and I was compelled by the idea of wanting to create and collect pieces that reflected the curious nooks around me.

upon moving to the UK, I fell in love with the vast array of antiques and vintage treasures that held so much history and oddity. Collecting fascinating little objects like a magpie, I began toying with ways to craft them into new forms, as a different type of adornment.

Influenced by the allure of the tiny wonders in our day to day, these hand crafted and collected treasures aim to tell the story of the little corners that make up the unique world and hidden stories around us.
